Peter is an industry recognized professional with over 20 years expertise gained in critical energy infrastructure, mining, commercial construction, contracting and defense sectors as a General Manager, Chief Executive Officer, Director and adviser, with business partnerships forged across Australian and multinational organizations. Peter has a powerful background in successful delivery of major multidisciplinary projects, commercial and contractual risk, governance, systems and financial management. Jocelyn has held senior executive and board roles across several industries in the corporate and government sectors. Offering more than 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, she specialisms in projects, mergers and acquisitions and complicated transactional work.
