Peter has a powerful background in successful delivery of major multidisciplinary projects, commercial and contractual risk, governance, systems and financial management. Jocelyn has held senior executive and board roles across several industries in the corporate and government sectors. Offering more than 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, she specialisms in projects, mergers and acquisitions and complicated transactional work.
